No. Subleasing is not permitted at Aura Bella.

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents at Aura Bella. We offer a convenient policy option through Assurant for $14.50 per month, or residents may provide their own approved third-party renters insurance policy.

Our leasing team will contact residents well in advance of lease expiration, typically around the 60-day notice period, with renewal options and pricing. We make the renewal process simple for residents who want to continue living at Aura Bella apartments.

Yes. To reserve your apartment home at Aura Bella, residents pay an application fee, administrative fee, and holding deposit. The holding deposit is due at the time of application, is applied toward the security deposit, and is refundable based on the terms of your application.

Yes. Our team is here to help make your move-in as smooth as possible. We will walk you through important details such as parking, building access, and community information before your move-in date.

Residents are welcome to personalize their apartment home. We simply ask that the apartment is returned in its original condition at move-out. Please contact the leasing office before making any significant modifications.

Aura Bella offers early lease termination options based on the terms of your lease agreement. If you need to move out early, please notify the office as soon as possible. Written notice is required to begin the early termination process.

Before move-out, our team will provide a detailed move-out checklist and complete a pre-inspection. A final move-out statement will be issued within 30 days after move-out.

Security deposit refunds are mailed within 30 days of move-out, in accordance with lease terms and applicable guidelines.

The standard security deposit at Aura Bella is $500. Of that amount, $100 is due at application, and the remaining balance is due at move-in.

Utilities are billed separately based on usage. Water, sewer, and trash are billed with rent, while electricity is paid directly to the utility provider.

Residents can conveniently pay rent online through our resident portal. Aura Bella also partners with Bilt Rewards, giving residents an easy and flexible way to pay rent.

Yes. In addition to rent, residents pay $65 per month for high-speed internet and a $15 monthly amenity fee.
